Tuesday, July 21 — 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Exhibits Open)
Tuesday, July 21 — 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. (Exhibit Hall Reception)
Wednesday, July 22 — 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Exhibits Open)
Wednesday, July 22 — 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. (Exhibitor tear down)

HI-TEC attendees visit the Technology Showcase frequently throughout the day for refreshments and to network with their colleagues.

As a Technology Showcase exhibitor, you will receive:

  • High traffic and increased visibility with 100% attendee participation in the Technology Showcase

FOR EXECUTIVE PRODUCERS, PRODUCERS, AND ASSOCIATE PRODUCERS 
Executive Producers and Producers will receive a complimentary exhibit booth. Associate Producers who wish to exhibit will pay the $1200 8x10 booth fee or $2200 for 2 booths. To sign up for your exhibit booth, please contact Teemus Warner at twarner@cord.org.
